Which size should I choose for Equiband?
If you would like personalized help with choosing the right size, please place an order first of any size and then send an email with your request according to the instructions on the webshop for further discussions. I will change the size if needed.
My abdominal band keeps sliding back, what is the reason and what can I do about it?
The most common reason is that you’ve chosen the wrong size for your Equiband, causing the clips for the abdominal band to sit a bit too far back, and as a result, the abdominal band ends up in the wrong position. The second most common reason is that the abdominal band hasn’t been tightened properly. Instructions for fitting and using Equiband can be found in the “Equibodybalance” app. If the HQ band has been tightened too much, which unfortunately is also quite common, it will pull the entire setup backward, and naturally, the abdominal band will follow.
My HQ band keeps sliding up, what can I do about it?
In that case, it’s tightened too much, and if you can’t lengthen it any further, you’ve mistakenly used an abdominal band around the back. There are small markings on the straps near the clips: AB = abdominal band, HQ = hindquarter/back strap. And again, please have a look in the app Equibodybalance for appropriate fitting and use.
I placed an order in the webshop but haven’t received any confirmation?
Klarna handles the confirmations, so log in to Klarna, and you’ll be able to see all your purchases there.
I haven’t received a receipt/invoice, or I want a copy of my receipt/invoice.
The financial transaction is between you and Klarna so I don’t have receipts or invoices for customers. Log in to your Klarna account, and you’ll find all your payments to them there.
What is the delivery time?
Current information about delivery time is always available in the webshop and under the terms and conditions.
I ordered on (date), when will my order arrive?
I am doing my best, but please note that this is a small business that primarily focuses on hands on physiotherapy for horses. Up to ten orders come in daily through the webshop, which is of course greatly appreciated but also makes it impossible to find time to check when individual orders are expected to be delivered. If you’ve chosen to pay after receiving your item and get an invoice from Klarna, it means your order is on its way. Thank you for trusting that everything is being done to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Why is the app not included when you purchase Equiband?
First and foremost, the app is about Equibodybalance, which is my method and my trademark. Equiband is one of the tools that works well when working with Equibodybalance, which is why Equiband is included in the app for fitting. However, you do not need Equiband to work with Equibodybalance. Furthermore, Svensk Hästrehab is one of several resellers of Equiband. If anyone is going to produce an app and offer it for free, it has to be the manufacturer and not an individual reseller. The manufacturer’s intention is actually for you to hire someone for fitting, which costs significantly more than the app. If there is no one nearby who can help you with fitting, you can download the app for a small fee.
I got a new phone, do I have to pay for the app again?
My app works like all other apps in the App Store or Google Play. If you have purchased the app once through the platform, the purchase is registered on your account, and you can re-download the app when you get a new phone using the same platform. However, if you switch from iPhone to Android or vice versa, they use different platforms and are therefore different companies, so you will need to purchase the app again. Unfortunately, this is something I can’t control. I’ve personally bought the app in the App Store, and if I switch to Android, I would have to buy the app again on Google Play.
I need new rubber bands or clips, can I buy those?
Rubber bands and clips are available in the webshop, but I only sell spare parts exclusively to customers who have purchased Equiband from Svensk Hästrehab. More information on how to order is available in the webshop.
