If you experience pain or discomfort in the lower/front area when riding, it may be because the waist or twist of the saddle is too narrow for you, causing pressure on the lower part of the pubic bone.
By widening the saddle in this area with these pads under the skirt, the pressure is relieved, and you will also gain better support for a centered, upright seat.
The pads may lose some of their volume if compressed too much for too long, I recommend to remove them for a day at regular intervals to maintain optimal function.
