Terms of purchase
General
We reserve the right to change our terms and prices without prior notice.
The prices and terms that were specified at the time of ordering apply to your purchase.
The minimum age to shop in our online store is 18 years.
Prices
Each item is listed with a price including VAT in SEK. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment.
Payment
With us, you can safely pay using the payment service Klarna. For exact terms, please read more here.
Shipping
Shipping is added unless otherwise specified. The amount will be shown in the shopping cart.
Deliveries
We pack and ship your orders with PostNord, normally about once a week. Smaller items cannot be tracked. Sometimes it takes a little longer for these to arrive, but experience from thousands of sent envelopes shows that they do arrive. If it is suspected that the item is lost, a new order will be sent no earlier than three weeks after the initial order was sent/activated in Klarna.
Larger packages can be tracked, but I am not able to provide tracking numbers as a routine. Packages are picked up at the nearest service point and you will be notified when larger packages are ready for pickup. Please download PostNord’s app to follow your order. Packages are kept at the service point for approx14 days, after which they are returned to us (see “Uncollected packages”). I cannot send deliveries to specific service points. The delivery address you provide in the order is the one I will ship to. If you want to change the service point, check with your local post service.
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you with a new delivery date.
Uncollected Packages
Uncollected goods will be returned to us.
For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping, handling fee, and administrative fee, which is currently 350 SEK.
Transport Damage and Complaints
If any of the products are damaged, incorrect, or have a manufacturing defect, you must report the issue within a reasonable time from the delivery of the item and as soon as possible after the damage is discovered. The supplier must be given the opportunity to assess whether the defect is indeed a manufacturing defect, so please refrain from using the product if you wish to have your complaint approved.
Always Attach Photos of the Damage and the Receipt When Requesting a Complaint
If the damage is older than two months, we will also ask you to send in the item, but this may be required even for newer damages.
In the case of an approved complaint, we will either repair the item, send a replacement, or refund the cost of the item along with reasonable shipping costs.
If the item is repaired, we will keep the item for repair and send it back once the repair is completed.
Complained items are handled in a home environment and possibly by a tailor, so they must be thoroughly cleaned and dry when sent in.
Contact should be made via email at info@svenskhastrehab.se. I cannot handle complaints via SMS or chats on Facebook or Instagram.
Note: The case will not be processed until it is complete with the attached receipt!
Right of Return/Exchange
You have 14 days for a right of return or exchange from the day you receive your order. Please send us an email about your return so we know it’s on its way. We do not provide return labels.
If you want to exchange for a different size, you only pay for the return shipping, provided you ordered the size recommended in the size guide or upon inquiry. If you ordered the wrong size according to the guide, you will also be responsible for the new shipping cost.
Refunds for returns are processed via Klarna. The product you return must be in its original condition with the original packaging, and any labels and manuals must be included to be approved. The products must be unused in order for the return to be accepted. We cannot sell used or dirty products to new customers, and we do not offer second-hand sales.
Note: When exchanging the size of the Equiband, ONLY THE SADDLE PAD should be returned, not the rubber bands, plastic bag, or tags—only the saddle pad. I will ONLY send you a new saddle pad, nothing else. You should NOT report a return to Klarna if you want to exchange a size; it is not a return you are making, it is an exchange.
Returns should be packed with appropriate packaging and sent to the address below via PostNord (regular private package, NOT a business package). We do not provide return labels and do not accept goods sent with cash on delivery. If the item is sent with a different shipping company, whose policy is to pick up the item at their terminal in Gothenburg if you are not on-site when they deliver, a fee of 1000 SEK/hour will be charged for the pickup.

User Terms for the Equibodybalance™ App
General
1.1 Hästrehab i Sverige AB is not responsible for any consequences or potential damage arising from the use of the app’s content or instructions.
1.2 The content or instructions in the app may not be used to make diagnoses or in any way replace or delay veterinary care if the horse is in need of it.
Intellectual Property
2.1 Copyright and ownership of all material in the app belong to Hästrehab i Sverige AB.
2.2 The app is intended for private use only. The user agrees not to use the material in the app for commercial purposes. Materials provided to the user via the app may not be copied, printed, forwarded, distributed, published, sold, or otherwise reproduced or distributed without written permission from Hästrehab i Sverige AB.
2.3 “Equibodybalance” is a registered trademark owned by Hästrehab i Sverige AB. It is allowed to use “Equibodybalance” for private use, such as on social media. For commercial use of “Equibodybalance,” written permission from Hästrehab i Sverige AB is required.
